Exchange policy

1. Within 14 days from date of purchase, items can be exchanged for other items of the same value or higher.
   
2. For items of a higher value, a top-up on the balance amount is required.
   
3. An exchange will not be granted if the returned item is:
   
· Not accompanied with the sales receipt.
   
· Not in saleable condition or has missing parts and/or packaging.

Delivery policy

1. Free delivery is offered for purchases of S$500.00 and above transacted within the same day.
   
2. For purchases of less than S$500.00, a delivery fee of S$20.00 is chargeable.
   
3. Delivery is only valid within Singapore.
   
4. Delivery takes 3 working days from date of purchase.
   
5. Delivery is between 2pm till 6pm.
   
6. Delivery time is subjected to changes due to unforeseen changes in delivery schedules.

Overseas delivery

· Customers can request to have their purchases delivered to an overseas address.
   
· Customers will bear the cost of the delivery, including handling fee, taxes and insurance.
   
· The Wright Gift will provide customers with a list of quotations and services from various courier companies.
   
· Upon appointment of a courier company, full payment (for the merchandise, the courier and insurance charges) is required in advance.
   
· Payment* is made at our store or via transfer to our bank account.
   
· The Wright Gift is not responsible for any damage or loss of a product that may occur during the delivery.

*Credit card payment is only available at our store.

Product Reservation:

Customers can reserve an item for 3 days. Customers are required to leave their contact details when making a reservation.

Warranty:

1. Warranty where applicable, covers manufacturing defects only.
   
2. Warranty cards must be duly filled out and mailed back or handed over to us.
   
3. Incomplete warranty cards are deemed null and void.

The warranty does not cover:

· Damage from dropping, impact from hard objects or damage as a result of negligence.
   
· Damage due to liquid contamination and/orbattery leakage.
   
· Damage due to excessive high or low temperature/humidity.
   
· Damage resulting from any use other than what it is intended for.
   
· Damage in transit as a result of inadequate packaging or protection.
   
· Damage as a result of repair and modification by an unauthorized personnel.

Singapore Airlines PPS Club Privileges

· Singapore Airlines PPS Club card members enjoy 10% discount on regular priced items.
   
· PPS Club card members must present their cards at the cashier counter prior to making payment to enjoy the discount.
